 1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hellowin website accessible at hellowin.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by hellowin to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which hellowin verifies the identity and age of Players.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

 2. Eligibility

To register and use the hellowin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. hellowin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts on the Platform.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of hellowin or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hellowin or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. hellowin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close Accounts that do not meet these requirements.

 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the hellowin Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the hellowin Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, hellowin reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonuses, and withhold any winnings obtained through the use of duplicate Accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hellowin will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. You must notify hellowin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

hellowin is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. hellowin handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting hellowin support. hellowin reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hellowin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso. hellowin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. hellowin aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business hours for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hellowin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. hellowin reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or non-compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the hellowin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hellowin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hellowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. hellowin reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games, certain table games, and progressive jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hellowin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at hellowin's sole discretion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to expiry dates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically. hellowin is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.

 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on the hellowin Platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. hellowin publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. Live dealer games use physical equipment – cards, roulette wheels, and dice – streamed in real time from professional studios.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, hellowin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. hellowin is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager. The decision of hellowin in relation to any disputed game outcome is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. hellowin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device, or any factor outside hellowin's direct control.

 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hellowin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hellowin staff or other Players.

 8. Responsible Gaming

hellowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hellowin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video, is the property of hellowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hellowin Platform without the prior written consent of hellowin. Unauthorised use of hellowin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hellowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

hellowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hellowin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hellowin will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

 11. Privacy

hellowin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

 12. Amendments to These Terms

hellowin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hellowin will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hellowin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact hellowin support in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. hellowin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
